2 February 2011 // New York, NY // City Winery

Review:
Including photos at Bumpershine here.

Main Set: Disappointed, Low Rising – Sexual Healing (Marvin Gaye), In These Arms, Leave, Say It To Me Now, The Parting Glass, New Song #1 (Unknown Title), New Song #2 (Heart’s Not In It), New Song #3 (Alice), New Song #4 (Love Don’t Keep Me Waiting), New Song #5 (Unknown Title), New Song #6 (Rare Bird), Crossroads (Marketa came onstage and played this solo), Lies (with Marketa), When Your Mind’s Made Up (with Marketa)

First Encore:
It Beats Me (with Mark Geary), Into The Mystic (Van Morrison), The Auld Triangle (Traditional)

Second Encore:
Cactus (Pixies), Fogtown (Michelle Shocked)

Comments: Glen played the first half of the set solo, and before ‘Your Heart’s Not In It’, he was joined onstage by Doveman, Brad, Ray Rizzo and Jake Clemons for most of the rest of the show. Tim Shriver came onstage to sing along to ‘The Auld Triangle’, which featured a killer sax solo by Jake Clemons. Marketa joined Glen for the last two songs, and Glen dedicated ‘Fogtown’ to “The Late Great Mic Christopher”.

[Thanks to Brandon for the info.]
